    Clearly define the role of the CSM

    Too many times, we see our client struggling with the mission of customer success. Everyone in the organization needs to know the mission and vision of the customer success organization. We will get to know your business and help you decide some critical factors - are CSMs involved in the selling process, onboarding, executive relationships, renewal creation?

    Process and Procedures

    Do your CSMs have an adequate CRM tool? Is it shared within the organization? Are the health scores mapped out? What is the NPS or CSAT process? How many playbooks do you need?
